The Glen Ascham project began well before construction — and even before the apartment was purchased.

Having previously completed a major apartment renovation for the same client at Yarranabbe Road, Darling Point, S & G Stathis Building was once again entrusted with bringing her vision for a new home to life.

Before committing to the purchase, the client invited George Stathis to inspect the property with her, discuss her plans and assess what could realistically be achieved through a comprehensive renovation.

Following the purchase, George introduced Graphio Architects to develop the architectural design, establishing the foundations for another successful project.

Glen Ascham was a comprehensive, full-scale luxury apartment renovation in Darling Point, Sydney, undertaken by S & G Stathis Building.

The project involved a complete internal strip-out, with the existing walls and windows being the only elements retained. Everything else was renewed, including the ceilings, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, joinery and interior finishes.

This was far more than a cosmetic refurbishment. It was an opportunity to completely reimagine the apartment’s interiors, transforming the existing residence into a sophisticated contemporary home.
